Seller terms and signature

The seller confirms these details before the vehicle is handed over.

Terms and conditions

The seller confirms they are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorised to sell it.
The seller confirms the vehicle details, ownership status, finance owing, damage and known faults have been disclosed truthfully.
The agreed sale price is subject to final confirmation of vehicle identity, access, condition and ownership details at handover.
After payment and collection, possession of the vehicle transfers to Cash For Cars Now or its nominated buyer/agent.
The seller is responsible for removing personal belongings and disclosing plate, registration, RUC, WOF, key and access details before pickup.
Cash For Cars Now may request proof of identity, proof of ownership and any information required for purchase records.
